MCTP60 COMPLETE SET RICE MILL is
a continuous production line which consists of dust
catcher, bucket elevator, combined cleaning separator,
stoner, rubber roller huller, paddy separator, rice
whitener, polisher and rice grader. This line has
its features of advanced technique, compact structure,
high recoverage, sparkling and crystal-clear rice
and no remains of bran.
This line applies to establish rice processing plant
in rural areas for all variety of paddy.
We can provide daily production 50 to 100 tons complete
set of rice mill with all functions as per clients
special requirements.

NZJ15IIIAG-3 COMBINED RICE MILL is the updated model and newly generated rice mill ,which has been developed on the basis of NZJ15/15ⅢAG-2.
The features of equipment:
- Combined arrangements have been adopted to enable the rice mill working stable, operated easy as well as maintenance simple.
- De-stoner has been converted from blowing to absorbing type, thus the performance of removing stone becomes much more reliable and stable. At the meantime, dust pollution has been decreased during feeding paddy and operating condition has been improved substantially.
- This equipment adopts it own developed cursing machine system, rice husk and bran can be processed to feed to increase economic profit for users. Because rice mill and crusher are driven by the same motor, the investing capital and electric consumption will be reduce accordingly
The chamber of rice mill and nozzle of rice exit has been improved to keep low temperature and release rice bran early during milling is very advantage for improving quality of rice and decreasing the bran in rice.
